Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation details along with a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

Deliveries to metro cities are usually completed faster, while remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional shipping time. During festivals, holidays, or periods of high demand, delivery timelines may occasionally be delayed.

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.
